The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations Specialist supports the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team by assisting in the optimization of operational workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, and executing daily tasks to maintain and improve existing processes. This role works closely with the Director of RCM Operations to ensure compliance, streamline processes, assists in projects and collections, and support initiatives to enhance revenue performance. In this role, you will report to Director of RCM Operations.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• EMR setup and maintenance for RCM department

• EVV/RCM configuration

• ERA/EFT/EDI setup and maintenance

• Payor portal maintenance for all employees

• Denovo/location change tracking and system updates

• Assist with projects pertaining to acquisitions and EMR conversions

• Assist in recruiting efforts of RCM team

• Process improvement

• Assist in building out employee training program

• Collections and payor projects as assigned

• Administrative tasks

• Attend meetings as assigned

• Attend Payor training webinars and manage payor bulletins and updates

• Other responsibilities as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

• High level of attention to detail

• Independent worker

• Strong organizational skills

• Strong Microsoft knowledge, including excel

• Strong computer skills

• Health care knowledge in collections and operations

Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:

• Minimum two years of health care collections experience required

Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00 / hourly
