The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, procurement, implementation, and continuous evaluation of learning curricula across the organization. This role plays a critical part in fostering a culture of growth and knowledge sharing, with a focus on developing performance management tools, career paths, managing mentorship programs, and succession planning initiatives. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Curriculum Strategy - Identify, source, and implement an enterprise-wide Learning Management System (LMS) and training curriculum aligned with clinical requirements, organizational objectives, and strategic priorities
Performance Management Tools - Collaborate with business and clinical leaders to design and deploy role-specific performance management tools that support employee development and accountability
Career Path Framework - Work in partnership with business and clinical stakeholders to develop and formalize a career path framework that supports internal mobility and long-term employee growth. Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify high-potential employees and critical roles for succession planning
Mentorship Program Development - Design, launch and evaluate formal mentorship programs tailored to various levels and functions within the organization. Facilitate mentor-mentee matching process, provide tools and resources to support productive relationships and monitor program effectiveness

Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:
Able to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the business to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and success
Demonstrated ability to develop scalable programs and tools
Able to use LMS and other technology platforms to deliver curriculum capable of delivering on developmental needs tied to business goals and objectives
Able to facilitate programs with a professional, dynamic and motivating style
Able to stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in training
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal, written and facilitation skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a relevant field, plus one to three years of applicable experience designing, sourcing, implementing and facilitating training programs on various delivery platforms
Three plus years experience with employee development, training, mentorship or related area
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) preferred
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential helpful
Workday experience preferred

Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 / salary
