What You’ll Do:
As a private duty nurse on our home health team, you’ll care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in a personalized, low-stress environment.
· Provide skilled nursing care under the direction of an RN
· Administer medications and treatments based on individualized plans
· Educate and support families in-home care techniques
· Observe and report changes in patient condition
· Document visits using our easy-to-use EMR system
· Be a trusted part of a long-term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity
What You Bring:
· Active LPN license
· New graduates welcome! We offer a structured training and mentorship program
· CPR certification
· Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
· A passion for working with pediatric and/or adult patients in a home setting
